All sales and orders placed with Formulate 3D are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced.
This applies to all products and services offered by Formulate 3D, including but not limited to 3D printing services, prototyping, custom parts, and any associated design or consultation services.
Each order at Formulate 3D is custom-manufactured specifically for you. Once printing begins, materials and machine time are consumed and cannot be recovered. Because every print is made to order, we are unable to resell or reuse the output for another customer.
We encourage all customers to carefully review their design files, specifications, and material selection before placing an order. Our team is happy to assist you in verifying your files prior to production.
We will review complaints on a case-by-case basis if there is a verified manufacturing defect or a significant deviation from the agreed specifications. In such cases, at our sole discretion, we may offer a reprint or store credit. This does not constitute a guarantee of a refund.
Disputes related to design files, dimensions, or material choices provided by the customer will not qualify for reprints or credits.
